There are several frequently asked questions by kids wanting to start up a record label. I asked
these questions to some kind label folks who were willing to pass down some wisdom.

TEN QUESTIONS FOR RECORD LABEL PEOPLE:
1. When did you start your label, and why?
2. What is the most difficult thing about running a label?
3. What do you love most about running a label?
4. How much work do you put into it a week? Do you have help?
5. Where do you get your records pressed and mastered? Why?
6. How do you distribute your records? Why?
7. Is there one release that you are most proud of? If so, why?
8. Do you have any horror stories about this whole process?
9. How do you find the bands that you release records for? Are they your friends or do you accept demos?
10. Any last words for people who are thinking about starting up a label?
