Devil's Island- S/T

Finally, thank god for this band 'cause they are the answer to power metal. And why is that? I tell you why, 'cause it's not your traditional power metal band trying to sound like Helloween or Judas Priest or Maiden. These guys play from the heart, really. Their CD was recorded analog and has a warm feel to it. It's not been overproduced and it sounds like a release from 1984/85, it's amazing. If I was going to describe it more, they sound like a combination between Armored Saint and Accept, spiced up with a little bit of Satan and Blitzkrieg.

I give them 9.5 Bloody Hammers out of 10.
