Sun Descends- Kanun/ Law

Well it seems to me at first glance that this NYC thrash outfit could have done with a better singer, and by listening to them once again I reinforce my theory. The music is really intense and grooving, especially the rhythm section with their hard and fast driven drumming.
Songs like Repeter Of Birth and the title track are a good example, but I still disagree with the vocal lines, because it sounds the same on every song. Another thing that caught my attention is the bonus material by this horrible singer's old band which is as painful to listen to him as it is today. Plus, isn't this a new project? Why is he trying to force feed the fans with such mediocre material? Why? Is it because he feels that his new band isn't as good as Exumer was? Well, I'd rather listen to some long gone awful memory from the past, but as long as he is involved with it, it might destroy this band's real potential.

I give Sun Descends 3.5 bloody hammers out of 10.
